CHEESE EUGENE
Every third Thursday of the month, Restaurant Eugene takes a moment to celebrate cheese. Focusing on a region or theme, we explore the wondrous diversity of flavors and textures to be discovered in this ancient milk-based food. Enjoy a sampling of 5 wines paired with 5 cheeses. Reservations are available at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. $40 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
