CHEESE EUGENE 2008
Chef Linton Hopkins of Restaurant Eugene invites guests to the Orchid Room of Restaurant Eugene for his monthly cheese tasting series “Cheese Eugene." Restaurant Eugene houses a selection of 26-28 cheeses. Each sampling will feature exquisite cheeses from different regions of the world. Reservations are required, and to ensure an intimate and warm gathering, the cheese tasting will be limited to 17 people. There will be carefully selected wine paired with the cheeses and a discussion following the tasting. Five wines are paired with five cheeses for $35 per person plus tax and gratuity. The event begins at 6:30 pm on the third Thursday of every month.
