The Wine Program at Restaurant Eugene reflects our desire to seek out and provide the very finest products available and to serve them graciously. Our restaurant is a small, family-owned business in which each detail is personally attended to by our owners. Generally, we seek wines that offer similar characteristics: small production and strict attention to quality. Our intense, in-house wine training program insures that our front-of-the-house staff can make knowledgable and appropropriate wine recommendations.
